Park Güell
Gaudí was commissioned by the wealthy Catalan businessman (and good friend) Eusebi Güell to build this park--originally intended as a %100 self-sufficient commune—complete with a filtration system that collected rain water as its only water source. However, the park never took off and had to be eventually abandoned. Over the years it has become a park for Gaudífans worldwide.
