Nice
"Capital of the French Riviera"
Our visit to the Museum of Modern Art
I have quite a soft spot for Nice, probably because I love the open, friendly attitude of its people and also partly because I visited Nice on a "Tour de France" in ninth grade, and it was my favorite part of the trip.
Unfortunately, Kate was sick in bed part of the time we were here, so I walked around by myself a lot. I kept bringing her little presents to make her feel better, like a postcard saying: "Nice is nice!!!!"
Nevertheless, when we did go out together, we had a number of
random adventures , as always!!

Nice's "Old City"

The historic center of town with its tiny alleys, boutiques, and awesome restaurants. We ate at this awesome little Indian place here one night. Not only was the food excellent, but the place was decorated so lavishly; with veils all over the place, lanterns, Hindu artwork and velvet cushions to sit on.
And they were playing cool, chill drum and bass music!! It was perfect! Kate's quote: "I wish this was my room."
