Salvador and Gala had pet swans
running around their house all the time. When one of them died, they had it stuffed and placed it on a bookshelf! These yellow flowers were also picked out by Gala. She decorated the whole house with them because she felt they had a warm, healing and powerful quality. |

Over all, the house had a very cozy, homey feel to it.
Definitley eccentric, but very welcoming. A lot of yellows and white-washed walls, and everything is connected by narrow stairways and passages. I love stuff like that, with lots of little windy hallways and disjointed stairs. There were a lot more cool rooms, like the bedroom with a door directly to the pool, and Gala's private room, but my camera battery died, so I couldnt' photograph everything I wanted!!! |
